Where's Waldo has nothing on Al Waterloo. Tonight's show starts off with the most often asked question in Aviation Radio... Where's Al? The good news is Al rejoined Marc, albeit from the great state of South Carolina. The only question now was whether they could complete the show before the hotel restaurant closed!!!
Janine Iannarelli joined the conversation and discussed the first quarter of business aviation news. Results are mixed, but state legislation is starting to show an understanding of the importance of aviation. The states that relieve some of the tax burden of organizations that support aviation will ultimately drive economic benefit for everyone. Al and Marc had an interesting discussion about the most violated departure procedure in the country. Listen in and weigh in on what you think is the proper way to fly the Northtown Three departure. Let's go try it on the sim!!! The guys finished up their hangar flying discussing some current events and the interesting concept of airline pilots requesting proficiency training in G.A aircraft. I'll trade my SR22 for your Triple 7!!! So until next week, when we can once again find Al somewhere in the US, we thank you for listening and wish you a week full of BLUE SKIES and TAILWINDS! http://traffic.libsyn.com/simpleflight/2015_05_10_Janine_and_Al_and_Marc.mp3
