Marc was on a bit of a tirade tonight, as he left his preshow dinner heading to the studio at KPWK. He was the victim of poor service at the normally dependable restaurant with a rather unsympathetic response from the establishment. That kind of experience is becoming the norm today and aviation is not immune from contributing to the problem. Demand for aviation is at an all time high with customer satisfaction at an all-time low. Aviation is in need of a paradigm shift. Something disruptive; revolutionary! Listen in as Marc and Tim Rylko talk about some of the issues and potential solutions that are coming to the forefront.
The guys also covered some of the exciting shifts taking place in aviation, like Redbird's Solo In A Week program being tested at the upcoming Sun and Fun. In the end, the one known certainty is that there is plenty of room for improvement and we have the great minds to close the gap between where we are and where we need to be. What do you think? Drop us a line and add your voice to the conversation. Until next week, we wish you Blue Skies and Tailwinds.
