  Don't you just enjoy listening to a group of people talk passionately? That is exactly what happened on this episode of SimpleFlight Radio. Rick Matthews and Len Assante joined us from the Aviation Access Project. They understand the value of aviation and think it should be everywhere. We couldn't agree more! Right now there is an 80% drop out rate in aviation training. Rick and Len think that number can be dramatically reduced. They believe that if pilots have a little skin in the game, the aviation industry will see a dramatic and almost immediate increase in the retention rate. It going to be really exciting to see the Aviation Access Project grow over the next few years and months! SimpleFlight radio is starting to attract a live audience as well! Fans are now coming on Sundays to join us as we broadcast live. In the middle of the show, we had two SimpleFlight fans stop by and listen in! How exciting! Aviation is getting better already!
