Value of Airplanes March 22nd, 2015
Marc welcomed back a special guest tonight. Al Waterloo!!! OK, we make light of it, but Al's been a busy pilot with a special training regime he arranged for multiple pilots. Over the last couple of weeks, Al led a group of pilots to the Bahamas with 2 of the pilots scheduling check rides while they were in the southeast. Of note was that ground school was held on the beach. Now that's a way to add a little fun and excitement to training. Of course, nothing works out exactly as planned. Al covered some of the hiccups (e.g. maintenance) that cropped up and how it impacted their trip. Did the pilots pass their check rides? Listen and find out.
The guys also talked about Marc's experience flying Gyrocopters, and his instant love for flying with a rotary wing. That led to a conversation about the value of aviation and how it brings one of the greatest values to a person..... a big smile!!! We know you will enjoy the show and will catch the contagious enthusiasm only Marc and Al can deliver. We'll talk with you next week! Until then,
BLUE SKIES & TAILWINDS!

It is a shame that the NCAA does not reschedule the March Madness games around SFR. Thanks to the show's archive, I was able to watch my beloved Badgers last night and listen to SFR today! Winner!
