 How cool would it be to be in charge of delivering a person's dream to them? Very cool indeed. Just ask Nick Elenz, Flight Operations Manager for Cirrus Aircraft. In his role, Nick is responsible for the Customer Experience. Everything from handing over the keys to their brand new aircraft, to ensuring the plane meets and exceeds their every expectation, and to get them through their initial training. Nick loves his job and after listening to him talk about it to Al and Marc, you'll understand why. Now if we can just get ourselves in the position to have Nick take us through the process for a SimpleFlight Corporate Cirrus (we can dream with the best of them, can't we). Al and Marc also talked about Shell's announcement of their ability to produce 100 Octane UNLEADED fuel. They are ready to take the next step, and we could be seeing it in our tanks within the next 2 years.
