  Ron Klutts brought back a friendly reminder in aviation. That is that we are always learning. Ron is a CFI in the Bay Area and runs a great blog called - www.rightseatflying.com. The blog is a memoir of the real learning opportunity as a CFI. Students teach the teacher. We couldn't agree more. We almost feel that if you aren't always learning you aren't a great CFI. Make sure that you pick the right CFI. Ron is a great example of what one should be!
